Ever since I was little, I have had a Mac & Cheese obsession. Like most kids, I loved it out of a box, at a restaurant, you name it. My obsession continued into adulthood when I dragged my husband to a specific restaurant in NYC on our honeymoon just for their famous dish of Mac & Cheese! Once I had kids, I was determined to find the best homemade recipe. After trying pretty much every Macaroni & Cheese recipe on Pinterest and not finding the (in my option) best recipe, I took all my favorite parts of Mac & Cheese and made the ultimate Mac & Cheese recipe myself!
INGREDIENTS
- 32 oz Noodles
- 16 oz Velvet
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mixed cheese (Mexican shred)
- 1 cup Mozzarella
- 5 cups of Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Turn your crock pot on low
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add noodles and boil for 5 minutes.
- Strain noodles and pour into the crock pot
- Pour all the cheeses and milk into the crock pot onto the noodles
- close the lid and cook on low for 2-3 hours until noodles are fully cooked
