The “I must have the recipe!” Mac & Cheese

Ever since I was little, I have had a Mac & Cheese obsession. Like most kids, I loved it out of a box, at a restaurant, you name it. My obsession continued into adulthood when I dragged my husband to a specific restaurant in NYC on our honeymoon just for their famous dish of Mac & Cheese! Once I had kids, I was determined to find the best homemade recipe. After trying pretty much every Macaroni & Cheese recipe on Pinterest and not finding the (in my option) best recipe, I took all my favorite parts of Mac & Cheese and made the ultimate Mac & Cheese recipe myself!

INGREDIENTS

  • 32 oz Noodles
  • 16 oz Velvet
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mixed cheese (Mexican shred)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 5 cups of Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn your crock pot on low
  2. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add noodles and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain noodles and pour into the crock pot
  4. Pour all the cheeses and milk into the crock pot onto the noodles
  5. close the lid and cook on low for 2-3 hours until noodles are fully cooked
